Packers -1.5 vs. Lions

Green Bay will be playing in front of a raucous crowd on Sunday afternoon, as it opens an anticipated season against a division rival. The Packers added star edge rusher Micah Parsons to their defense last month, while the Lions lost offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to Chicago. Detroit swept the season series last year and is 6-2 in the rivalry since Dan Campbell was hired in 2021, so Green Bay is extremely motivated to pick up a season-opening win.
