One day before the upcoming vote for 2026 EuroLeague Final Four hosts, Belgrade send new numbers stating that the previous data given to the clubs were wrong

The EuroLeague Final Four vote is just hours away, and Athens is the favorite. However, Belgrade is fighting until the end.
Per Eurohoops sources, the Belgrade bid representatives sent a letter to all EuroLeague clubs/shareholders in which they wrote that they “were somewhat surprised” to find out that the numbers given about their presentation were not accurate.
According to the numbers given by them, the sum of 8M euros is guaranteed, plus they also expect extra revenues from ticketing and sponsorship deals that will bring 2,3M euros to the table, for a total of 10,3M euros.
It remains to be seen in a few hours if things can change in favor of Belgrade, while there’s also a small chance for the decision to be postponed.
