Collingwood will take on the Brisbane Lions on Saturday 20 September at the MCG from 5:15pm AEST.
Having won straight through to the Preliminary Final after defeating the Adelaide Crows by 24 points in the Qualifying Final, the Pies have had the past week off to rest and rejuvenate.
The Pies and Lions have a strong finals history, playing off in Grand Finals in 2002, 2003 and 2023, however this will be the first Preliminary Final between the two sides.
Tickets for the Preliminary Final will go on sale Tuesday, 16 September:
