Diego Lopes got himself a rare double bonus on Saturday after picking up the biggest win of his UFC career.

Lopes faced Jean Silva in the main event of Noche UFC, which took place at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. Lopes headlined the third annual Noche UFC event, and looked like an absolute superstar in front of the Texas crowd all week long, then delivered a sensational second-round spinning elbow knockout of Silva to a huge ovation. The performance earned Lopes a Performance of the Night bonus, plus shared Fight of the Night odds with Silva to take home and additional $100,000.

It makes a total of six career bonuses for Lopes — with three Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night nods. Silva, for his efforts in the wild matchup, gets his fourth post-fight bonus.

The other performance bonus went to 21-year-old Santiago Luna, who kicked off the main card with a bang, stopping Quang Le in the first round in his octagon debut. The finish got the event back on track after a tough slate of preliminary action.
