Influencer Tammy Hembrow has shared a life update with her fans on TikTok.
The 31-year-old, who has been dating AFL star Bailey Smith, opened up about a recent ‘crash out’ in the cryptic video and also revealed that she’s focusing on herself.
As she filmed a get ready with me video, she explained, “I had a bit of a crash out the other day. I started filming a full crash out video I was gonna post on TikTok.”

“But I could not get through it without crying – and there is no way that I will post myself crying on any app ever again because I’m just going to get made fun of,” she continued.
“You can’t be vulnerable online cause people just make fun of you.”
But as the video went on she had a cryptic message about her life right now.

The fitness influencer explained that she was now focusing on herself and her children, and “not giving attention” to anyone else.
“Never ever, ever let someone make you feel like you’re not good enough. Because trust me, you are,” she added.
Hembrow stressed the point, reiterating to her 2.3m follows to “never let someone make you feel like you are not good enough,” while holding back tears.

She added that overall she’s doing well and feels so much “lighter” and “I feel so much more like me” as she chatted to the camera.
“I think that’s the key thing. Every day, just more and more like myself. Looking back, as well, it’s crazy how much I lost myself and just shrunk and shrunk and shrunk,” she said.
The cryptic update on her life comes less than two weeks after she went Instagram official with Smith.

The pair finally confirmed weeks of speculation when they both shared the same post of his hand resting on her leg as they enjoyed a meal together at Entrecôte in Melbourne.
When it comes to sharing the highs and lows of her life, Hembrow has never been one to hold back.
She’s spoken a lot about her split from husband Matt Zukowski, which the pair both confirmed a few months ago.
The 30-year-old former Love Island star and the influencer got engaged in December 2023, after three months of dating.

They tied the knot in November 2024, but rumours and speculation that things weren’t going great for them started earlier this year.
Then in June, after just seven months of marriage, the pair confirmed they were getting a divorce.
While it’s not clear which relationship she’s referencing in this latest video, Zukowski previously said he felt “hurt” watching her move on so soon after their split.
