Milestones, tattoos and more fun shenanigans
This quarter-final week @Abby.dow (Instagram) reached her 50th Test try and it was a special moment. She’s also continued to brighten everyone’s day with more crochet delights (Instagram) as she was spotted gifting a hand-made crocheted key ring to her opposite number, Scotland’s Rhona Lloyd- very wholesome.
Red Roses Meg Jones and Hannah Botterman have been surprising everyone with their new tattoos for each city of the Rugby World Cup tour (Instagram) so far they have Northampton, Sunderland and Brighton under their belt. It’s in memory of each location they have been in.
Sarah Bern posted on (Instagram) a fun dance number of the England squad during training excited to be semi final bound and having a bit of fun before they get back to work preparing to take on France at the end of this week.

Canadian star Asia Hogan-Rochester (Instagram) shared a clip of why she is really in a league of her own at this Rugby World Cup.
New Zealand’s Katelyn Vahaakolo (Instagram) demonstrated strength in motion as the Black Ferns stunned South Africa over the weekend.
Fellow Black Fern Braxton Sorensen-McGee underlined why she’s fast becoming one of the stars of this tournament. Across the quarter-finals she topped the charts for tries, points scored, line breaks and metres made – a stat sheet that speaks for itself.
