CARLTON has made two changes for Thursday night’s clash with Hawthorn.

In what will be Sam Docherty’s final game and Jacob Weitering’s 200th, the Blues have welcomed back key forward Harry McKay for the Round 20 clash.

It will be McKay’s first game since before the bye, having fully recovered after knee surgery.

McKay is joined in the side by the experienced Blake Acres as the two inclusions for the Blues.

Acres replaces Flynn Young in the side, with the new Blue experiencing a foot sprain and is now unavailable for tomorrow night. He is expected to be available next week.

Francis Evans will also miss due to a concussion.

Weitering becomes the 40th player to reach a double century in Navy Blue, doing so at the venue where he played his first, 50th and 100th games against Richmond, Collingwood and Essendon respectively.

It’ll be an emotion-charged night for the Blues, with the beloved Docherty to play his final game against the side who he won two David Parkin Medals against.
