Mango has today unveiled Norwegian tennis player Casper Ruud as its new global ambassador for its Mango Man line, fronting the AW25 ‘Essentials’ campaign.

The partnership marks the latest step in Mango’s 2024-2026 strategic plan, which is driving growth through global expansion and high profile collaborations.

It also follows a period of strong momentum for Mango Man, which was founded in 2008, including the opening of its first standalone UK store at Westfield London (White City) earlier this year.

Ruud joins an esteemed roster of Mango Man ambassadors, including Antoine Griezmann, Gerard Piqué, Zinedine Zidane and Adrien Brody.

As well as the connection between sport and fashion, the new AW25 Essentials campaign focuses on Mango’s brand message – ‘Craft your own story’ – which aims to inspire customers to express their individuality.

Highlights of the new collection as sported by Ruud include a short trench coat, sharp tailoring, a peacoat and a selection of knitwear in a neutral palette.

Ruud is not the only tennis star to be approached for an ambassador role for a fashion brand this year, as Britain’s number one Jack Draper was named as the latest brand ambassador for Burberry in April 2025.

Following that, last month Draper also joined Vuori in a multi-year deal that will see him develop a signature collection with the athleisure brand. Previously a Nike athlete, Draper also recently wore Vuori kit during the US Open tournament.
