Police are treating the death of a man who was found dead on a major highway in Perth’s east as a hit-and-run.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports a man was found with “significant injuries” on Tonkin Highway, north of Benara Road in Noranda about 2.25am on Thursday.

When police and St John WA arrived, the man, in his 40s, was declared dead.
