After a year away, Slow Horses is finally back on Apple TV+ for season 5, which opens with an explosive first scene, a leaving party and a fight in a nightclub. Oh, it’s good to be back.

The Apple TV+ series, which is inspired by Mick Herron’s novel series of the same name, kicked off on September 24 with the first two episodes, “Bad Dates” and “Incommunicado,” and sees the Slough House agents reunite for another season that sees them become the targets themselves and caught up in a political race.

The first episode ended on a tense cliffhanger in which Ho entered his apartment alone, after being tricked by a woman in the night club, who we then see text an unknown person and alerting them to Ho going into his flat.
