Nadia Enver, based in Carlisle and founder of Nadia Enver Financial Planning, has been named a finalist in two UK awards, the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2025 and the She Inspired Awards 2025.
Ms Enver said: “It’s an honour to be recognised among so many inspiring women from across the UK.
“I’m proud to be representing Cumbria and for women in business.
“There is incredible talent and drive in our region, and I’m passionate about helping others feel confident about their finances and their future.”
She is shortlisted for Financial Adviser of the Year – North West and Rising Star at the Women in Financial Advice Awards, and for Women in Networking, Events and Hospitality at the She Inspired Awards.
Both ceremonies are set to take place in November.
Ms Enver launched her Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management early this year and has since built a business advising clients on investments, retirement planning, protection, and intergenerational wealth planning.
She also supports small business owners with business protection and employee benefits.
Where deemed appropriate, Ms Enver also works alongside other professional advisers to support clients with complex estate or tax planning.
Her approach is described as friendly, jargon-free, and focused on making financial advice simple and accessible.
Ms Enver is also a strong advocate for financial education, holding accreditation to deliver workshops in schools and workplaces.
These include the Save Your Acorns programme, which teaches children the importance of saving from an early age, as well as workplace financial wellbeing sessions aimed at boosting employees’ financial confidence.
A single mother to two young boys, Ms Enver said her personal experiences shape her professional mission.
She said: “As a single parent, I know how isolating and stressful money worries can feel.
“My goal is to help people – especially women – find clarity and confidence so they can make informed decisions and move forward with hope.”
Ms Enver is active within the business community and is set to host the October Pink Link event in Carlisle, a networking platform for women in business across the North West.
She said: “Strong communities create opportunities for people to thrive – financially and personally.
“That’s what motivates me every day.”
