1000 Mile Travel Group marked a record-breaking year of growth by honouring its top performing independent travel advisors.

This year, 20% of Australian advisors achieved over $4 million in sales, a big increase from the previous financial year.

“FY25 has been a defining year for our business. These results demonstrate not only the commercial success of our advisors, but also the power of a supportive, flexible, and future-focused model,” said Nicola Veltman, 1000MTG CEO.

1000MTG announced the top performers for FY25 across corporate, leisure, team, and rising star categories.

With over 20 years of experience, Sam Rowe was a standout in SME corporate travel.

Longstanding travel expert Kurt Hufer emerged as the Top Leisure Expert thanks to the high-end leisure portion and sports focus of his business.

The Travel Team, led by Emily Davidson and Stephanie McDonald, took home the title of Top Team for FY25.

After joining 1000MTG just over a year ago, Ben Jenke earned the title of Rising Star.

Amy Crossland was awarded the title of Most Engaged Expert for contribution to the 1000MTG community. Since joining the network, She has  been delivering self-ticketing and Sabre training to fellow advisors.

“This year’s results reflect the quality and professionalism of our advisor community,” said Lauren Gray, 1000MTG General Manager – Australia.

“To see such strong performance from both long-established and new advisors shows that our model is working.”
