A project manager will launch a Federal Court claim against her former employer, accusing it of forcing her to work up to 75-hour weeks for several years, in a case that marks a growing trend of senior staff pushing back against long-hour work cultures.
Technology delivery manager Jessica Sertis is set to lodge her claim this week against Perth Airport, alleging it required her to take on the duties of two full-time managers, on a pay package of $208,000.
