Maley has played seven games this season
Young Kangaroos forward Finnbar Maley will join Adelaide after the two clubs struck a deal on the final day of the Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period.
The 22-year-old, who stands at 197cm, was traded along with Pick 64 in exchange for Adelaide’s Pick 57 this year and future fourth-round selection (2026).
Maley joined North via the 2023 Rookie Draft (Pick 2) and has played seven games for the Club this season.
Crows GM List Management Justin Reid said Maley would present another strong option forward of the ball for the Crows.
“With Finnbar we were really pleased to get a deal across the line, given what we’ve seen from him,” Reid said.
“With plenty of height and a strong set of hands, he’ll be a valuable addition to our squad.
“We’re excited to see what Finnbar can achieve at our Club.”
Maley, the son of former Adelaide 36ers player and NBL legend Paul Maley, joins Category B rookie Indy Cotton on the list of Adelaide’s off-season acquisitions.
