Captain Mitchell Marsh announced one change to the team with pace bowler Sean Abbott recalled in place of spinner Matt Kuhnemann.
Jediah Blades will make his T20I debut for the West Indies with Romario Shepherd recalled to replace Alzarri Joseph, who was axed, Â and the international retirement of Andre Russell after the second game of the series.
Marsh won the toss for the third straight game.
Australia hold a 2-0 lead in the five-match series after winning the opening matches in Jamaica by three and eight wickets.
Australia are No.2 in the ICC T20 rankings and the West Indies sixth.
