But, don’t trip — we’ve got you covered. This weekly article will recap the best of MMAmania.com, reviewing the most-read stories, comments, social media posts, etc.

Fighter ‘Comment of the Week’ — He said what?!?!?!
I usually reserve this portion for a fighter who said something stupid or something that backfired; however, during UFC Vancouver media day, Brendan Allen claimed RDR was ‘not that guy’ … and he was right (details here).
Check out RedRiverD‘s UFC Vancouver post-fight thoughts.
This is a screenshot, but I guess it’s still a picture.

Fight Announcement of the Week:
The final ESPN+ UFC PPV — UFC 323 got announced this week, and it seems like UFC is going out with a bang.
This Past Week in MMA History:
In one of the last fights that Anderson Silva won inside the Octagon, he stopped a juiced-up Stephan Bonnar in the first round at UFC 153.
On the same card, Glover Teixeira competed in his second UFC fight against Fabio Maldonado and ended up winning via doctor stoppage.
At UFC 64, Anderson Silva started his iconic, legendary run as he won the Middleweight title by dispatching Rich Franklin.
In the co-main event of UFC 120, Carlos Condit knocked out Dan Hardy … becoming the only man to sleep Hardy.
UFC Brazil – Oct. 16th 1998
Wanderlei Silva made his UFC debut against Vitor Belfort in 1998, and it ended quickly.
UFC Boston – Oct. 18, 2019
Remember when Chris Weidman moved up to Light Heavyweight in hopes of being the one to defeat Jon Jones? Well, that pipedream ended fast when he ran into Dominick Reyes, who himself earned a shot at Jones.
