Vantiq has formed a strategic partnership with Radenta Technologies to introduce real-time artificial intelligence systems to organisations across the Philippines.
The collaboration is designed to accelerate the adoption of event-driven applications that use generative AI to automate workflows in sectors such as healthcare, government, emergency response and across enterprises. Vantiq’s entry into Southeast Asia is anchored by Radenta’s established presence, particularly in public-sector projects throughout the Philippines.
According to both companies, the alliance enables Philippine institutions to sense, decide, and take action within milliseconds – regardless of whether the computing workloads operate in the cloud, at the edge, or in field locations with limited connectivity. The joint approach is expected to help organisations respond rapidly to changing conditions and make real-time, data-driven decisions.
Real-time orchestration
“Over the past 10 years, Radenta has stood at the centre of every major modernisation push in the Philippines, including migrating ministries to the cloud, securing national networks and now preparing the country for AI-driven operations,” said Vantiq co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Marty Sprinzen. “Marrying that ground-level expertise with Vantiq’s real-time orchestration will cut down decision-making from minutes to moments, elevating public services, sharpening operational insight and powering the nation’s next wave of digital growth.”
Sprinzen highlighted that bringing together Radenta’s experience and Vantiq’s technology provides institutions with a system capable of delivering immediate operational insights and rapid workflows, ultimately supporting the Philippines’ ambitions for digital and economic growth.
Focus on national infrastructure
Radenta Technologies, known for integrating IT solutions in government, education, healthcare, and enterprise markets, will play a central role in scaling Vantiq’s platform across the Philippines. The company has a long history of delivering large-scale projects and working closely with public sector customers to achieve strategic modernisation objectives.
Randall Lozano, President of Radenta Technologies, commented on the introduction of Vantiq’s solution to the Philippine market:
“We are excited to bring Vantiq’s real-time AI platform to the Philippine market. Together, we will help organisations across critical industries that need to unlock the power of real-time intelligence – enabling them to adapt faster, operate more efficiently and serve their stakeholders in entirely new ways.”
The partnership will initially focus on priority areas such as public finance, emergency response, smart infrastructure and healthcare, aligning with the Philippine government’s goals to strengthen digital resilience and support inclusive national growth.
Industry engagement
The announcement comes shortly after a seminar held for the Philippine Department of Finance, as well as during a two-day summit in Manila. During these events, stakeholders from across sectors experienced demonstrations of how Vantiq’s platform combines AI, Internet of Things (IoT), and human workflows to create systems capable of responding in under a second to real-world events.
Both Vantiq and Radenta anticipate that these real-time systems will become increasingly important as institutions seek to modernise and address emerging operational challenges, such as cybersecurity, rapid emergency response, and infrastructure management.
By deploying AI-based orchestration that handles live data and automates responses, the companies aim to help the Philippines achieve faster and more effective delivery of public services, as well as better risk management and operational efficiency in industries critical to the nation’s socioeconomic development.
