Fiji have called on Ronald Philitoga to replace the void left by a shoulder injury to Jethro Rinakama, while Joe Rauqe makes his debut in place of Michael Jennings.
Elsewhere, The Kiwi Ferns and Jillaroos will also do battle on Sunday afternoon at Eden Park.
For Australia, Ellie Johnston has been promoted to the run on side, replacing Rima Butler who shifts to the bench and is joined by Sarah Togatuki.
New Zealand have replaced the suspended Brianna Clark with Tiana Davison, while forward Shaniece Monschau has been named to make her debut.
