Call Her Daddy podcast star Alex Cooper’s appearance at Game 5 of the World Series baseball competition didn’t have many MLB fans starstruck.

The official MLB X (fka Twitter) account took to the social media platform to share of Alex, 31, posing in a stylish outfit with sunglasses on her face. “We are unwell Alex Cooper is here at Dodger Stadium for #WorldSeries Game 5!” the tweet’s post read, giving a nod to Alex’s 2024 Unwell podcast tour.

Baseball fans made it clear in the comment section that they wouldn’t know who Alex was even if they saw her at an MLB game.

Under the MLB’s X post, several commented how they didn’t even “know” who Alex was.

“Who is Alex Cooper?” one wrote on X, as another wrote, “No idea who this is, Alice Cooper we know.”

Someone else divulged, “Who the f–k is that? I misread Alice Cooper for a second and was wondering what I had missed…” while one remarked, “Who? Respectfully.”

Despite MLB fans not being supporters of Alex, her fans are faithfully “locked in” on whatever she’s doing, even if it brings them to tears.

Last month, Alex made fans emotional when she previewed her “Sunday Session” drop, in which she wore grey Unwell merchandise. In the clip, she spoke about feeling uncomfortable spending time alone and reaching out when she’s in need.

Alex captioned the post, “Alone time >>>> A new Sunday Session is here! We talk about the importance of learning to love time with yourself and the freedom it gives you. We also discuss how to handle tough conversations with unfaithful boyfriends, overbearing parents, toxic coworkers, and difficult friend groups. Link in bio to listen now.”

Fans rushed to her Instagram post to comment about the episode, with one writing, “I was tearful at the very beginning when you read the poem. Such a great episode. I just finished it.”

The poem the Instagram user referenced was from an article Alex read about learning how to be alone. She read, “We grow up believing that happiness is something shared. That joy is incomplete unless someone is clapping for it beside you. That every outfit, every meal, every plan is a little sad, no one else is involved in it.”

She added, “No one teaches us how to sit beside ourselves without flinching. No one teaches us that being alone doesn’t always mean missing. Sometimes it means returning. Returning to yourself. Enjoying your own company begins where people pleasing ends.”

“When you stop molding your identity around whose watching, you realize your value isn’t being proven in conversations, plans, or relationships. It’s already there, it’s already you. Suddenly, you’re own presence doesn’t feel like a punishment; it starts to feel like a place you want to come home to…”
