JAYDEN Ojeda will make an earlier than expected PremiAir Racing debut at next month’s Penrite Oil Sandown 500.
The 26-year-old has been named as Richie Stanaway’s replacement after the Kiwi was released yesterday, effective immediately.
Ojeda had already been announced for a full-time seat at the Chevrolet squad for next year alongside Declan Fraser.
“PremiAir Racing confirms that Jayden Ojeda will take over driving duties of the #62 PremiAir Racing Camaro for the remainder of the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship season,” a team statement read.
“This update follows the team’s recent announcement of an all-new driver line-up for 2026, which will see Ojeda and Declan Fraser join PremiAir Racing in full-time roles next year.
“Jayden will take to the track in the #62 Camaro at the upcoming Sandown 500 and Adelaide Grand Final, gaining valuable experience ahead of his first full-time Supercars campaign with the team in 2026.
“PremiAir Racing remains focused on developing emerging talent and building a strong foundation for future success in the Repco Supercars Championship.”
Ojeda is currently in New Zealand for the GT World Challenge Australia season finale at Hampton Downs.
His only prior solo Supercars Championship experience came via a pair of wildcards for Walkinshaw Andretti United in 2022 at Winton and Hidden Valley.
James Golding will continue aboard PremiAir’s #31 entry for the remainder of the season before joining the Blanchard Racing Team for 2026.
