In details obtained by Star Magazine, we can see she spent $5.3 million for a new Hollywood Hills home on October 17. It’s a Mediterranean home covered with trees, minimalist design, and a bunch of natural light. It has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, plus a guest home on the property. It’s a natural, luxe paradise, but the details about the hoe aren’t what people are freaking out about: it’s the location!

Now, Martin has always had a soft spot for Malibu, and the pair even bought a home there in 2020. However, before she got with Martin, she was always in the Hollywood Hills area. In fact, in 2016, she bought a home, specifically a $3.55 million midcentury-modern home. Her being away from Malibu and back in a place she adores shows she’s putting herself first!

For those who don’t know, Johnson and Martin started dating in 2017 after being set up by mutual friends. They didn’t confirm their relationship until a year later, but a rumor emerged that they briefly broke up in the summer of 2019. However, they quickly reconciled, and they moved in together in 2021. Their engagement became public at the beginning of 2025, but sadly, Martin and Johnson seemingly called it quits for good in June 2025.
A source spoke to The Sun about what led to their breakup, saying, “They really tried to work through their issues but the age gap was often a problem and she’d expressed that she may want children in the future, whereas Chris is kind of done with that part of his life but they discussed it.”
