Head, who featured in the opening three matches of the five-match T20I series, will now join a host of senior players returning to domestic red-ball duty. Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood are also set to feature in New South Wales’ Shield clash starting on Monday. Cameron Green meanwhile is expected to return to the bowling crease in Western Australia’s clash with Queensland at the WACA Ground after his return with the ball from back surgery was stunted by side soreness suffered before last month’s ODIs against India.
