Infamous adult content creator Bonnie Blue has announced plans to attend schoolies claiming she’s lawyered up after he visa was cancelled last year.

The 26-year-old – whose real name is Tia Billinger – tried to come to the Gold Coast in 2024 to make content with “barely legal” school-leavers.

Her visa was cancelled on the grounds she was going to work.

Now in an interview with A Current Affair the British OnlyFans creator has announced she plans to come back this year and is armed with “good lawyers”.

She didn’t detail exactly what she planned to do at schoolies but was adamant she’d be there.

Speaking to Sunrise on Tuesday morning defence industry minister Pat Conroy said Bonnie’s entry into the country was a call for home affairs minister Tony Burke.

He confirmed the content creator currently did not have a visa.

“I need to be really careful about making public commentary because that could impact any future action,” Burke said.

“She doesn’t have a visa at the moment and ultimately that is a call for Tony Burke.

“We obviously use the best possible legal resources in Australia, that’s what you’d expect the Australian Governement to do.”

In a statement a spokesperson from Burke’s office said: “She doesn’t have a visa, she had her last one cancelled and when you have a visa cancelled you’re excluded from getting another one for three years unless you get a waiver.”
