Katy Perry is back with a brand-new song!

On Thursday (November 6), the 41-year-old entertainer dropped her new single “Bandaids” and released the music video to go along with it.

The video shows a down-on-her-luck Katy, who finds herself in a series of near-death situations including getting her hand stuck in a sink’s garbage disposal, her shoelace getting stuck in an escalator, getting burned by her coffee while driving, and getting stuck in quick sand.

“Hand to God, I promise I tried / There’s no stone left unturned,” Katy sings. “It’s not what you did / It’s what you didn’t / You were there, but you weren’t.”

Later, Katy references their 5-year-old Daisy as one of the positive things that came out of their relationship, singing, “If I had to do it all over again / I would still do it all over again / The love that we made was worth it in the end.”

If you missed it, a source shared some insight into Katy‘s new relationship with former Canadian Prime Minster Justin Trudeau!
