Everything is scary during the night, and Traitors host Alan Cumming is taking full advantage. The Traitors season four just dropped the spookiest teaser, and it’s even making a “sweet, little old lady” like Donna Kelce into a force to be reckoned with. “They’re not going to know what’s coming,” Kelce threatened. Hell hath no fury like an underestimated mama bear. Several contestants, like Lisa Rinna and Rob Cesternino, tease that they’ll play the game like no one has before. Dorinda Medley, the first person murdered in season three, was resurrected and has been continuing her studies; last season, she studied the Art of War to prepare for battle at the castle, and hopefully, this time around, she can show off what she’s learned. Unfortunately, the teaser is just that; there’s no footage from the challenges or the roundtables, which makes sense. In previous seasons, fans could figure out how far some players got in the competition by comparing teaser footage with the outfits they’d already worn on the show. So maybe the only thing scarier than the dark is spoilers.
The Scottish countryside will be full of reality stars, comedians, musicians, and dancers alike, including DWTS pro Mark Ballas, Love Island USA Aftersun host Maura Higgins, and Top Chef’s Kristen Kish. The Emmy-winning series has taken the reality show circuit by storm, with performances from season three winner Gabby Windey calling for a new awards category, and by association, the hats community has been taken by storm as well. Traitors season four returns on Peacock on January 8, if you dare.
