The Cottesloe Beach Hotel unveiled its latest waterside offering on Friday night, opening the doors for a select few to its South East Asian-inspired venue Tigerfish.
While drawing from foreign flavours, the essence of WA remains in full voice as it pairs a zesty food and drinks menu with a hyper local coastal aesthetic and energy.
Attendees included Channel 7’s Matt Tinney and western suburbs real estate mogul Vivien Yap, along with social butterflies Lissy Graham and Montana Criddle.
Designed as two spaces, Tigerfish’s front bar and curved stone bar cater for walk-ins and view-chasers, while the dining room encourages a slower pace for revellers to enjoy long lunches and comfortable conversation.
Tigerfish is run by venue manager Mark Rutter, executive chef Steven Ryu, bartender Brendan Scott Grey.
