Tasmanian country rock powerhouse The Wolfe Brothers have scored an impressive eight nominations for the upcoming Golden Guitar Awards.
The band’s latest album “Australian Made” dominates the nominations, featuring in six categories including the prestigious Toyota Album of the Year and Contemporary Country Album of the Year.
Band member Tom Wolfe said he was thrilled at the achievement.
“Incredible to get eight nominations in the upcoming Golden Guitar awards! Mind blowing to be honest,” Wolfe said.

The nominations span across major categories, with “Australian Made” also receiving nods for Song of the Year and Heritage Song of the Year, the latter recognising works that celebrate Australian culture and history.
Their collaboration with artists Zac & George on “How Many One More Times” earned nominations for Single of the Year and Vocal Collaboration of the Year.
The group is also in the running for Group or Duo of the Year, while their video for “Australian Made,” directed by Jeremy Minett, has been nominated for Video of the Year.
The awards will be handed out on Saturday January 24th during the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
