After all, she’s the clean-girl makeup muse and the chrome nail queen. Her latest look? A frosty manicure that fuses two of her most iconic trends: the glazed donut and the cat-eye.

Eagle-eyed fans first noticed Hailey’s silvery manicure when hubby Justin Bieber posted a selfie of the couple at a baseball game. Hailey’s nails gleamed as she held a cup—minimal, yes, but in true Hailey fashion, there was something special about them.
The nail gods heard our prayers, and soon enough (OK, we waited on the edge of our seats for a full two weeks!), Hailey’s go-to manicurist, Zola Ganzorigt, dropped a handy how-to on Instagram. She captioned the tutorial, “Glaze donut handshake emoji cat-eye manicure tutorial,” and fans immediately took notes.
How to Get Hailey’s Glazed Cat-Eye Nails
To create the icy, Frozen-inspired base, Ganzorigt started with OPI’s GelColor in Bare My Soul, followed by a layer of the brand’s Super Gloss No Wipe Top Coat. Next came Tin Man Can Chrome Powder, mixed with the clear top coat for that signature glazed-donut sheen. “Just experimenting [with] new product,” Zola wrote on Instagram.
She focused the chrome on the tips, blending it down toward the center of the nail beds using a brush to create a soft silvery ombré. Then, using a magnet, she swirled the polish to form her signature cat-eye shimmer before finishing with one final glossy top coat.
