Sarah Hosking has won the 2025 AFLW Mark of the Year Award.
Richmond’s Sarah Hosking has been crowned the AFLW Mark of the Year recipient for her epic grab in Round 10 against Collingwood.
Hosking’s heroic, running back-with-the-flight-mark will go down as one of the most courageous grabs taken in league history.
With the ball kicked sky-high into Richmond’s defensive-50, Hosking charged in without hesitation, throwing herself into danger, as she crashed the pack- eyes closed, arms outstretched, to pull in the iconic mark.
Hosking beat fellow finalists, Tayla Harris (Melbourne) and teammate Beth Lynch, for the top prize.
As the winner, Hosking was awarded $50,000 in prize money.
