In the episode, Kim Kardashian is getting ready for an event when she shares a pretty wild moment that happened earlier. She was working on her laptop when the screen suddenly glitched, went completely blank, and then, out of nowhere, a photo of her dad appeared.
It was a picture she had never seen before. The time on the screen read 2:13, so Kim looked up the meaning of angel number 213 and found that it is supposed to be a sign of guidance and encouragement toward your goals.
She sent the screenshot to the family group chat, and Kourtney instantly had a take. Kourtney suggested that maybe their dad was trying to tell Kim to stop pursuing the bar exam, especially since she already has so much on her plate with four kids. Kim was not having it and told her point-blank,

Kim then addresses Kourtney directly and admits that yes, she is a workaholic, and honestly, she’d rather be in law school than sitting at home doing nothing. And then comes the hilarious part where she breaks into this dramatic multilingual bit, saying,
How else can I say it to you? Should I say it in Japanese? Do you want me to say it in Chinese? Do you want me to say it in German? Do you want me to say it in Spanish?
In between, it cuts to a voiceover saying “I love doing law” in Japanese, Chinese, German, and Spanish, making the moment even funnier.
