Toulouse have been forced into an 11th-hour change ahead of their Investec Champions Cup clash against the Sharks, with France ace Romain Ntamack pulling out.
The fly-half was scheduled to don the number 10 jersey, as Les Rouge et Noir begin their hunt for a third European title in six seasons with a clash against the South African outfit, but has now been ruled out through illness.
Toulouse forced into late change as Romain Ntamack ruled out
His withdrawal has led to a major reshuffle across the Toulouse backline. Fellow France international Thomas Ramos shifts over to fly-half, with British and Irish Lions tourist Blair Kinghorn moving over to full-back. Dimitri Delibes also comes into the starting XV on the wing while Nelson Épée slots onto the bench.
Kinghorn and Delibes join Italian international Ange Capuozzo in the starting back-three, with Teddy Thomas and Kalvin Gourgues starting in midfield. Ramos now partners Paul Graou in the starting half-back combination.

In the pack, Alexandre Roumat, Anthony Jelonch and Leo Banos form a formidable back row, with French internationals Emmanuel Meafou and Thibaud Flament named in the locks. Joel Merkler and Rodrigue Neti start alongside skipper Julien Marchand in the front row.
Antoine Dupont is the headline name on the Toulouse bench, while Guillaume Cramont, David Ainu’u, Dorian Aldegheri, Josh Brennan, Mathis Castro-Ferreira and Paul Costes join the aforementioned Épée as the other replacements.
