Kaia Gerber is officially saying goodbye to Soho.
The daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has put her Mercer Street loft on the market for $US5.79 million ($A8.7 million), the New York Post reports.
The news comes as rumours swirl Gerber spilt from Lewis Pullman after nearly a year of dating.

Gerber recently relocated to Los Angeles to film Ryan Murphy’s new series The Shards.
The glamour girl purchased the apartment in 2018. Pictures published by the New York Post show the pad has been given a full makeover.
Her listing agent, Georgia McDonald of the Power Team at Corcoran, said the home has long stood out among the neighbourhood’s lofts.
“It remains one of the most beautifully finished loft-style homes in Soho,” she told The Post.
The renovations were driven by Gerber herself.
Ms McDonald pointed to new white oak floors, a redesigned oak fireplace surround, and a completely revamped kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances.
“The result is a cohesive, calming palette that gives the entire space a clean, gallery-like feel,” she added.
The apartment sits on a high floor of a discreet full-service building completed in 2006.
A private elevator opens straight into the great room, where 11-foot (3.3 metres) ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Mercer Street.
The kitchen — a Bulthaup design anchored by Sub-Zero, Gaggenau and Miele appliances — opens into a dining area large enough to seat 10.

A hallway leads to the primary suite, which has an east-facing balcony and a Carrara marble bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a glass rain shower.
The second bedroom has its own marble bath, as well.
The unit also includes a powder room, in-unit laundry, central air and a private storage room.
Ms McDonald said the apartment is essentially untouched since Gerber finished updating it.
“Despite these upgrades, the newly updated apartment has barely been lived in, as Kaia recently relocated back to California,” she said.
“This means the home is in truly pristine, move-in-ready condition for the next buyer.”

The building offers a 24-hour doorman, a fitness centre and a contemporary facade designed to blend into the cast-iron district.
Outside the front door is the heart of Soho’s luxury retail corridor — a fitting backdrop for someone who has spent years fronting major fashion campaigns.
The media personality has appeared in projects ranging from American Horror Story to the film Bottoms.
She previously dated Pete Davidson, Jacob Elordi and Austin Butler.
