LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head men’s tennis coach Aaron Paajanen announced the team’s 2026 dual match schedule. The Aggies will play a total of eight home matches this season. All Utah State home tennis matches are free to attend for all fans at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club.
USU begins its season in Tempe, Arizona, when the Aggies face Wichita State in a neutral contest on Friday, January 16, before playing at Arizona State on Sunday, January 18. Utah State then heads north for a third road contest to open the season, taking on Montana on Sunday, Jan. 25.
The Aggies will kick off their home slate on Friday, Jan. 30, against Northern Arizona at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club. USU then faces four-straight matches on the road, including two neutral site matchups. Utah State will first play at Oregon on Friday, Feb. 6, before facing Portland the following day on Saturday, Feb. 7. USU then heads to Los Angeles, California, to face UC Davis on Saturday, Feb. 14, before concluding the road stretch at LMU on Sunday, Feb. 15.
Utah State will then play back-to-back matches at home, first hosting Idaho State on Friday, Feb. 20, before facing Weber State on Sunday, Feb. 22, in the first of two matches against the Wildcats on the season.
The Aggies head eastward for two matches in the Sunshine State, playing at FGCU on Sunday, March 8, and at Florida Atlantic on Tuesday, March 10.
USU begins Mountain West play at home on Friday, March 20, when the Aggies host UNLV. Utah State will continue the home stand against Nevada on Sunday, March 22, before hosting Portland State in a nonconference matchup on Tuesday, March 24.
The Aggies return to conference action with a trio of road contests, first playing at New Mexico on Friday, March 27, and then at Air Force on Sunday, March 29. Utah State faces its last road match of the conference season at San Diego State on Thursday, April 2.
USU’s final home contests of the regular season will begin with a match against Grand Canyon on Saturday, April 4. The Aggies will then celebrate Senior Day on Saturday, April 11, against Boise State. Utah State will then conclude the regular season with a nonconference road match at Weber State on Sunday, April 19.
The Mountain West Championships are scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, April 22-24, in Las Vegas.
