The veteran point guard had a positive impact against a weak opponent

In the first game of Pat Beverley with PAOK, things were more than easy.
The final score was 108-66 as PAOK steamrolled Panionios, which remains the last team in the standings with a 1-10 record.
On the contrary, this was the 8th win of PAOK in 10 games, enough for the third spot in the Greek Stoiximan Basketleague standings under the EuroLeague powerhouse of Olympiacos (10-0) and Panathinaikos (9-1).
Cleveland Melvin, with 29 points, was the top scorer of the winners, while Beverley, in 21 minutes, added seven points, three rebounds, six assists, two steals, and also three turnovers, making just one out of six threes.
Meanwhile Panathinaikos got the win over Iraklis BC, playing without Kendrick Nunn.
