Good news for iPhone owners wondering when their AI voice assistant, Siri, will be upgraded to get it on par with, and possibly even leapfrog, the Google Assistant on Android phones.
Apple had reallocated “a fair number of people” to focus on AI, had made “good progress on a more personalised Siri”, and still expected to release the upgrade next year, chief executive Tim Cook said.
