EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Zoo said it is looking after a sick bald eagle that was rescued in Silver City, New Mexico.

The Zoo said it is checking the bird for infections, such as Avian Influenza, and checking for toxic lead levels.
Despite its weak state, the team said the bold eagle didn’t have broken bones.
While they wait for the test results, the team said it will care and feed the bald eagle.
