New Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior is going to have a talented group of wingers to work with next season, including Geovany Quenda.
Rosenior has officially replaced Enzo Maresca in the Stamford Bridge dugout and will get the chance to work with Quenda.
The Sporting Lisbon star is not the only exciting wide man Rosenior will have in his arsenal.
Chelsea also have Pedro Neto, Estevao Willian, Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens.

Quenda is currently at Cobham, but Rosenior will not get the opportunity to use the 18-year-old until next season.
According to football.london, Sporting have given Quenda permission to be at Chelsea but only to do his rehabilitation.
The Portuguese had to undergo surgery after injuring his right foot and is still in the process of recovering.
Quenda was on fire for Sporting in the Champions League before his operation. In five appearances, he scored two goals and provided two assists.
As things stand, there are no plans for Chelsea to bring Quenda’s transfer forward, meaning that Rosenior will have to make do with Neto, Estevao, Garnacho and Gittens.

Rosenior will not be able to keep Quenda, Neto, Estevao, Garnacho and Gittens all happy. That is five players for two positions.

Quenda could always go out on loan, but the Portugal Under-21 international looks ready for Chelsea’s first team.
The more likely scenario is perhaps Chelsea selling Neto. Last summer, they offloaded Noni Madueke, which made space for Estevao in their squad. It would not be a shock if the Blues did something similar with Quenda and Neto.
Quenda could have a first-team role under Rosenior next season, while Neto could be sold. In June 2025, it was claimed that Saudi Pro League clubs were interested in Neto, so a move to Saudi Arabia could be possible.
Neto has arguably been Chelsea’s best attacker this term, so it is a big decision that the Conference League holders may have to make this summer.
