Ferrari squad Arise Racing GT has revealed the driver lineup for its Pro class entry in next month’s Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour.
The 2024 title-winning GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS outfit will field Ferrari factory drivers Davide Rigon and Daniel Serra together with Jaxon Evans in its bid for overall honors in the Intercontinental GT Challenge opener on Feb. 13-15.
While Serra and Evans were both part of Arise’s two-car Bathurst 12H assault last year, Rigon is making his first outing in the Australian enduro since 2015, when he drove a Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 for AF Corse.
“It’s fantastic to be back racing in Australia, to be able to race at the Bathurst 12 Hour, a spectacular competition contested on one of the most fascinating and challenging tracks in the world,” said Rigon.
”It’s a race that puts drivers and cars alike to the test, where precise driving and the work of the whole team are essential if you want a good result.
“I’m honored I can [return] with Arise Racing GT: I’ll give it my all, together with my teammates, to stand out in a great challenge.”
Serra was part of the Pro Arise entry that finished fourth in last year’s Bathurst 12H together with Will Brown and Chaz Mostert.
The Brazilian driver said: “Heading back to Bathurst feels great. I’ve raced with the team once already, and after the season they had in GT Australia, I know how well they understand both the car and the circuit.
“Coming in for my second race with them, paired with Davide and Jaxon, I feel we have a very competitive lineup. Everything is in place for a strong performance.”
Evans heads to Bathurst off the back of a strong campaign in GTWC Australia last year that yielded second in the standings together with Elliott Schutte.
“The Bathurst 12 Hour is always a highlight, and returning with Arise Racing GT is something I’m really looking forward to,” said Evans, who was part of Arise’s class-winning Pro-Am Bathurst lineup in 2025.
“It’s a privilege to join Daniel and Davide in the Pro car for 2026 — a very strong program, and I’m keen to see what we can achieve as a group.”
The drivers for Arise’s Pro-Am entry will be announced at a later date.
