KitKat has partnered with Formula 1 to unveil its new F1 Chocolate Car and activations timed around the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.

The KitKat F1 Chocolate Car, described as the first chocolate product globally shaped like a Formula 1 car, is made from milk chocolate with crispy cereal and wafer pieces.

Andrew Lawrey, General Manager Confectionery and Snacks at Nestlé, said the chocolate car brings the ‘Have a Break, Have a KitKat’ message to F1 fans worldwide.

“Our partnership with Formula 1 demonstrates how we are investing at scale behind our most iconic brands and creating unique experiences for Aussie and Kiwi KitKat fans.

The partnership also includes in-store activations, exclusive merchandise, a consumer promotion, limited-edition products and advertising placements alongside Netflix’s Formula 1: Drive to Survive.

From 10 January to 10 March, shoppers in Australia and New Zealand will be eligible to enter a promotion offering a trip for two to the Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio D’Italia 2026 in Monza, Italy, as well as 1,000 KitKat Formula 1 merchandise prizes. Entry requires the purchase of any two eligible KitKat products in a single transaction, with entry details available via the KitKat website.
