Zuffa Boxing officially kicks off on Saturday night with Zuffa Boxing 01 live on Paramount+. The card is headlined by a middleweight bout between rising star Callum Walsh and former world title challenger Carlos Ocampo.
Walsh is undefeated in his professional career, with a 15-0 record, 11 of those wins coming by knockout. Friday marks Walsh’s middleweight debut after spending his career at junior middleweight.
In Ocampo, Walsh faces a man who is far more experienced, with a 38-3 record. Ocampo came up short in a 2018 welterweight title fight with Errol Spence Jr., as well as in interim title fights with Sebastian Fundora and Tim Tszyu.
In addition to the main event, the main card features a middleweight bout between Misael Rodriguez and Austin Deanda, as well as a junior welterweight bout featuring heavy-handed Cain Sandoval and skilled veteran Julian Rodriguez.
Sign up for Paramount+ and watch Zuffa Boxing 01 live on Friday night for no additional fee. UFC 324 on Saturday — plus every UFC numbered event and UFC Fight Night — is included with the price of your subscription! Plans start as low as $8.99/month or $89.99/year!
