Lachie and Jules Neale appear to have closed the book on reunion hopes after putting their $2.43 million marital home on the market.

The AFL golden couple, who recently separated after six years of marriage, bought the property in 2022 and described it as their “forever home”.

The family home in Seven Hills, Brisbane, which boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, and a large garden, is predicted to sell for a seven-figure sum.

The property has not yet been listed online by McGrath Estate Agents, but a representative for the agency confirmed to SkyNews.com.au it will go live in the coming days.

This week, workmen and cleaning staff have been seen going in and out of the property, some reportedly carrying cleaning equipment while others mopped the floors.

One man wearing a pair of Brisbane Lions shorts was also seen removing belongings from the former marital home, including a set of golf clubs, as reported by the Daily Mail.

In what may be a glimmer of good news after an acrimonious few months for the Neales, a real estate expert estimated the home could sell for more than $3 million following the success of previous sales in the exclusive suburb.

“Given the result at a similar Seven Hills property that we sold for $3.165m, we believe it would be worth something in the low to mid 3 millions today,” real estate CEO Will Torres told PerthNow.

Just last year, the ex-Brisbane Lions co-captain, 32, spoke about how much he loved his home and how it “definitely could be” their “forever home”.

“We’re a little bit wild and free, I suppose, in that sense. If we feel like moving, we will, but we love this house,” he told Perth Now in April 2025.

“We can definitely see ourselves staying in Queensland and Brisbane. I don’t know why we would move from here.”

Following the breakdown of their marriage, Lachie has moved into a new bachelor pad in the city, while Jules, 35, has returned to Perth with their children: Piper, four, and Freddie, one.

The AFL star confirmed their separation at a press conference on January 2 and announced he would be stepping down as the Lions’ co-captain.

“While I won’t go into specifics, I can say that I have let my family down and I apologise for my actions that have let down those that are closest to me. And for that I am deeply sorry,” he said.

It is alleged that Lachie had been unfaithful with Jules’s best friend, Tess Crosley.

According to reports, the hairdresser found out about Lachie’s alleged affair when a fellow WAG caught him and Tess in a “compromising position” in a car.

Sources have claimed that the alleged affair was going on for months.

Jules has not spoken about the split since she shocked fans in December with a bombshell post about Lachie’s “betrayal”.

“I want to make it very clear that I am not ‘working through’ anything. I have been betrayed in the most unimaginable way,” she wrote on Instagram after reports claimed she was “working through” issues in their marriage.

She also publicly called out Crosley.

“Take these down you idiot, you’re embarrassing yourself,” she wrote under Crosley’s now-deleted photograph of her with the Neales at the Brisbane Lions’ AFL final celebrations.

Tess has not commented on the scandal, but it appears she has separated from her husband of eight years, Ben Crosley.

When journalists approached him for comment at his home, Ben said: “She [Tess] does not live here anymore.”

Tess has also been pictured on several occasions not wearing her wedding ring.
