Queen Elizabeth’s favorite Windsor Grey, Tyrone, has officially retired. The horse, famous for pulling carriages for kings and queens at major events like King Charles’ 2023 coronation, is now enjoying a well-deserved rest.Â
The royal family announced his retirement on their official Instagram page, sharing photos of the beloved steed. Throughout his career, Tyrone participated in numerous significant occasions, including state visits, royal weddings, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and Royal Ascot.
