After eight weeks of coupling up, mugging off, head turning and moving mad, Love Island came to an end for season 12 with the winning couple finally revealed.
Finalists Shakira and Harry, Yasmin and Jamie, Angel and Ty, and Toni and Cach went head-to-head in one last bid to win the £50,000 prize – and, of course, the hearts of the public.
With emotions running high, last-minute twists, and a few surprises along the way, it all came down to one dramatic final vote…
Who won Love Island 2025?
Toni and Cach were revealed as this year’s winners, splitting the £50,000 cash prize.
The pair coupled up after Casa Amor, but things went left when Toni decided to get back with Harrison, leaving both Cash and Harrison’s partner Lauren upset.
Things didn’t work out with Harrison, however, as Toni learned that he still had feelings for Lauren, causing her to end things once and for all. Cach had been getting to know Billykiss briefly, but his feelings for Toni were clearly still there, as the two found their way back to each other.
Runners up Shakira and Harry just missed out on the prize, while Yasmin and Jamie came in third place.
Their loss comes after former contestant Montana Brown urged viewers not to vote for Harry, claiming that he’d been seeing one of her friends just before the show.
“Harry was literally seeing someone that I knew, one of my good friends, right before he went on Love Island,” she said.
She added: “And now, I’m like, this guy cannot win! Although, I love Shakira. From what I’ve seen of her, she’s incredible.”
During the finale, Yasmin and Jamie gushed about their initial spark, with Yas saying that Jamie is the “golden retriever” to her “black cat”.
Yasmin added that she could potentially see them becoming boyfriend and girlfriend on the outside, as Jamie called her “beautiful” and spoke about how happy he was to be leaving the show with her by his side – cute!
The pair met during Casa Amor and shared their first kiss and the fire pit within seconds of meeting one another. They remained coupled up from then and sailed through the final, with Yasmin asking Jamie to be exclusive.
Angel and Ty came in fourth place.
Asked if she was what he was waiting for, Ty smiled: “Yeah definitely”
The couple then sat down with Maya and she asked them about their plans to see one another, with Angel living in Kent and Ty in Barnsley. Angel said that they’d be meeting in London to begin with and had already planned some trips together. Sounds serious!
