Football legend Tom Brady knows how to ring in his 48th year in style: with his family by his side.
The former New England Patriots quarterback, who celebrated his birthday on Sunday, Aug. 3, took to social media over the weekend to share a series of photos on Instagram. But one photo was particularly touching, considering Brady’s special relationship with his sister Julie.
In the photo, Brady stood alongside his children, Jack, Vivian, and Benjamin, and Julie, with whom he shares a birthday.
“And a big Happy Birthday to the greatest sister and aunt in the world,” Brady wrote on the photo. “Thanks for being our biggest fans and always looking out for us. We love you so much!!!!”
The legendary former quarterback, who led the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl championships, has been having quite the delightful summer. After attending the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Italy, he’s been spotted frolicking on a yacht off the coast of Ibiza and playing basketball with his kids back home in Florida. He even jokingly encouraged his alma mater, the University of Michigan, to recruit one of his boys to their basketball team while sharing their mad skills on Instagram Stories.
“He got game 100 [percent],” Brady noted. “Future Wolverine @umichbball.”
Now that’s one proud dad.
