On July 22, 2025, the world lost a music legend when Ozzy Osbourne died at the age of 76. Tributes flew in from across the globe, but the most emotional one of all could very likely happen on the Grammy stage. The performance will feature rock legends like Guns N’ Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith.

Joining them will be Post Malone, who collaborated with Osbourne on 2019’s “Take What You Want” and 2020’s “It’s a Raid.” Completing the tribute will be Andrew Watt—a very close friend and collaborator during the last chapter of Osbourne’s career—who produced his final two solo albums.

While “Abracadabra” is nominated for three Grammys and “Disease” got one nod, that doesn’t necessarily mean Gaga will perform either of them at the ceremony. If you remember, at the 2025 Grammys, she and Bruno Mars were nominated for their collaboration, “Die With a Smile.” However, they chose to perform a stripped-down cover of The Mamas & the Papas’ “California Dreamin'” instead—and dedicate it to the California wildfire survivors.

The 2026 Grammys mark Bieber’s fourth performance at the annual awards show, and he’s also nominated in four categories: Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Swag, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Daisies” and Best R&B Performance for “Yukon”

They released what’s arguably the most high-energy record of the year with “APT.” So we wouldn’t be surprised to see ROSÉ and Bruno Mars open this year’s Grammys with the dance-inducing track, nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. In 2025, Bruno and Gaga were nominated in the same category for “Die With a Smile” and ultimately won. Will history repeat itself?

For her 2025 Grammy stage debut, Carpenter dazzled viewers with a jazzy medley of her two biggest hits: “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.” That’s why we’re predicting she’ll perform “Manchild,” which is nominated for both Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Lauryn Hill is set to lead a tribute honoring two legends lost in 2025: Roberta Flack and D’Angelo. The singer famously covered Flack’s “Killing Me Softly” with The Fugees and it hit No. 1 in over 20 countries. Flack’s original version and the Fugees cover both won Grammys in 1974 and 1997, respectively. Hill also collaborated with D’Angelo on her debut solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

With five nominations this year—including Album of the Year for CHROMAKOPIA—it’s no surprise that Tyler, The Creator has been invited to perform on the Grammy stage. Since CHROMAKOPIA featured collaborations with so many beloved artists—including Daniel Caesar, Lil Wayne, Lola Young and Doechii, we won’t be surprised to see a surprise guest or two joining him onstage.

With Let God Sort Em Out nominated in four categories—including Album of the Year and Best Rap Album—we cannot wait to see Pusha T and No Malice take the Grammy stage. Produced by longtime collaborator Pharrell, Let God Sort Em Out marked Clipse’s first album in 16 years. While they’ll likely perform “Chains & Whips,” we’d also love to see “Grindin'” in their set, too.

After rave reviews in 2025, we’re pleased to report that the Recording Academy is bringing back the Best New Artist medley to this year’s show. The performance will showcase every artist nominated in the category—including Addison Rae, Alex Warren, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Lola Young, Olivia Dean, SOMBR and The Marías. It’s a cool way to discover a singer or band that you may not have heard before music’s biggest night.

This year, the show’s annual In Memoriam segment will be led by country icons Reba McEntire, Brandy Clark and Lukas Nelson. The Grammys website reads, “The Recording Academy remembers the artists, creators and music professionals we’ve lost over the years. Here, we honor their inspirational journeys, the music they created, and the works of art they brought to life.”
