New Haven, Conn. – The Fordham women’s tennis team wrapped up its weekend with a trip to New Haven, Conn., where the Rams fell to Yale University, 4-1, at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
Fordham opened the match winning two of the three doubles matches to secure the point. Valerija Kargina and Lily Chitambar defeated Angela Huang and Erin Ha at second doubles, 6-4, and Paola Dalmonico and Catalina Padilla were victorious over Shyla Aggarwal and Julia Werdiger at the third position, 6-2.
But Yale won the first four completed singles matches for the 4-1 win.
