The day that every NFL player, coach, team, executive, owner and fan waits all season for has arrived, as Super Bowl Sunday ascends upon Santa Clara, California this year. With all of the hype, build-up and storylines explored, all that’s left is Super Bowl 60 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.
Regardless of which team wins a long-awaited rematch of Super Bowl 49, there will be some history being made. For the Patriots, a title would fully signify to the rest of the world: they’re back. The days of Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are no longer; now, it’s Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye running the show, with a chance to win a Lombardi Trophy in the coach’s first year in Foxborough and the quarterback’s second.

The 2025 NFL season has all led to one game — either Mike Macdonald, Darnold and the Seahawks will be celebrating, or Vrabel, Maye and the Patriots will win a record-breaking ring No. 7 for their franchise.
