EGGLESTON Motorsport has made public its first confirmed driver for the 2026 Dunlop Super2 Series, welcoming Bradi Owen back for a second season.

Owen fared well in Toyota 86s before enduring a tough 2025, in line with the broader Eggleston outfit’s dip in fortunes.

The best weekend of his rookie campaign proved to be the Adelaide closer, where he collected finishes of 12th and 13th.

“We did struggle last year but coming back for the second year is important to try to make some gains and put all of the learnings from last year into practice,” the 19-year-old told V8 Sleuth.

“I had options to go elsewhere if I wanted but honestly it didn’t really feel right to leave after one year. I’m confident in the team that if we get it right on the day that we’re able to win.

“Ben and Rachael (Eggleston) have put in a lot of effort over the off-season to make sure that everything is where it needs to be for this year.

“They’re very competitive people and they want to win and do well just as much as I do.”

Owen will head into next week’s Sydney round on the back of a two-day Winton test, where qualifying simulations were a core focus.

The #88 Commodore driver has a clear target for his sophomore season.

“I just want to be consistently in the top 10,” said Owen.

“It’s not really my learning year anymore, I’ve had that, so I need to start to get some results.”

It’s anticipated Eggleston Motorsport will field four cars at Sydney and beyond.
