Tennis star Maria Sakkari secured her place in the Qatar Open semifinals with a comeback victory over world No. 2 Iga Swiatek.
Ranked No. 52, Sakkari secured her first win over the Polish player since 2021, having lost the last four matches without winning a set.
The 30-year old Greek champion will now face either Karolina Muchová or Anna Kalinskaya in the semi-finals.
