PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Stony Brook women’s tennis resumed CAA play on Sunday afternoon and was narrowly defeated by Drexel 4-3 in Philadelphia.

The Seawolves opened the day by securing the doubles point with wins in all three matches. Elena Lobo-Corral and Paisha Douglas won 7-5. Mia Palladino and Sanjana Devineni 7(7)-6(5), while Laura Ozola and Mila Charles won 6-2.

In singles competition, Douglas and Cornelia Bruu-Syversen recorded wins for Stony Brook.
